Fee Structure

BILLS OF COST
Drawing of Bill of Costs : 11% on total fees.     

Taxation of Bill of Costs: The amount as allowed on taxation.  

Opposition on Bill of Costs : 10% on total amount saved on bill.  

Security for Cost : 7,5 % of the total fees

Consultations/ Advise / Preparation / Travelling time and all other time related work : R2000 per hour

Travelling expenses : R6,50 per km.

Minimum fee applicable to any work done : R500,00

Our fees are payable within 30 days of invoice date. Interest of 2% per month will be charged on invoices that are outstanding for more than 30 days.
